Gippsland Asphalt began in 2009 after a take over from the previous owner Downer Edi Works. The plant has been in operation for over 18 years, and maintains a strong cliental base. Since the takeover of the plant Gippsland Asphalt have annually produced the most tonnages that the plant has seen, in our first year of operation we doubled the previous year’s tonnages.

Gippsland Asphalt use only the best raw materials sourced locally. We also have completed upgrades to our plant to make it more environmentally friendly by installing a new state-of-the-art Bag house, this captures all the dust and other airborne particles. All our mixes on-site in out lab as well as compaction and core testing.
